Refund and Return Policy

1. Cancellation by the Traveler:

1.1. If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing or through the designated cancellation process.
1.2. The cancellation will be effective from the date we receive the written notification.
1.3. Cancellation fees may apply, and the amount refunded will depend on the time of cancellation and the terms of the specific tour or travel service.
1.4. Cancellation requests made 30 days or more prior to the tour or travel service will incur a 50% cancellation charge based on the total cost of the booking.
1.5. Cancellation requests made between 15 and 29 days prior to the tour or travel service will incur a 75% cancellation charge based on the total cost of the booking.
1.6. Cancellation requests made within 14 days of the tour or travel service will incur a 100% cancellation charge, and no refund will be provided.

2. Cancellation by Happy Journey:

2.1. Happy Journey reserves the right to cancel or modify a tour or travel service due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or insufficient bookings.
2.2. In the event of cancellation by Happy Journey, we will offer an alternative tour or travel service of comparable value, subject to availability. If an alternative is not suitable, a full refund will be provided.
2.3. Happy Journey will not be liable for any additional expenses or losses incurred as a result of our cancellation, beyond the amount paid for the tour or travel service.

3. Refunds:

3.1. Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after the cancellation request is received and approved.
3.2. The refund amount will be determined based on the cancellation policy and any applicable fees or penalties.
3.3. Refunds will generally be issued using the same method of payment used for the original booking. Any associated bank charges or fees incurred during the refund process will be deducted from the refund amount.
3.4 If you are approved for the refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

4. Unused Services or Changes during the Tour:

4.1. No refunds will be provided for any unused services or portions of the tour or travel service, unless otherwise stated in the specific tour or travel package.
4.2. If a traveler requests changes to the itinerary or services during the tour, additional charges may apply. Any refunds or adjustments will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
